Am I the hairstylist for you? Keep reading to find out… Sozo is a Greek word that means wholeness or complete healing for the body, mind, and soul. Here are some of the practices I implement in the salon to achieve wholeness in myself and provide it for those around me. I specialize in customized, balayage haircolor and haircuts designed to flatter your individual look. My goal is to help you feel amazing and confident! I believe in being kind to our environment and to our bodies by using products with as many organic, natural, sustainability-sourced, and clean ingredients as possible. My carefully selected color line uses organic ingredients, and my lightener is ammonia-free. Also, all of my product are cruelty-free and made without gluten. I believe in giving each one of my clients my full, undivided attention, and a personalized experience when possible, so I work on one person at a time from start to finish in my private salon suite. I believe in respecting everyone’s time so I work my hardest to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. To achieve my goal of remaining on time for everyone, I refrain from “squeezing people in,” I won’t rearrange my schedule/disrupt other client’s pre-booked appointments to accommodate last minute bookings, and I provide the service that was booked and will only make last minute changes if there is ample time to do so. I am happy to stay late or arrive early when possible to accommodate those whose schedules prevent them from getting their hair done during my business hours, however I do charge the appropriate time and a half overtime fees for these specially requested appointments. All new clients must text me to book their first appointment. Consultations are required for all new color clients. All regular clients may take advantage of online booking or may text me for appointments. Cancellation Policy

A 48 HOUR NOTICE is required for any and all changes made to the appointment for any reason. No shows/cancellations/rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in the card on file being charged for 50% of the total cost of the services scheduled. ••• In the case of tardiness, if there is no longer sufficient time to complete the service booked, it will be considered a “No Show” and 50% of the total cost of the service booked will be charged to the card on file. ••• In the case of multiple services booked, opting out of one of the scheduled services last minute is effectively canceling that service, therefore the 50% cancellation fee will be applied. (I.e. guest scheduled for color and cut informs me on the spot that they only have time for the color. They will be charged for 50% of the cut to pay for the time set aside for that cut.) ••• In the event a client shows up to their appointment sick/contagious without notifying the stylist ahead of time, they will be asked to reschedule their appointment for when they no longer have symptoms/get a doctors note that they are no longer contagious, and they will be charged the No Show fee of 50%. ••• All down payments are non-refundable.
